Before anything gets built, we take the time to understand you and your business — what you need, what you like, and where you're starting from.
Already have a website?
We'll look at what you've got and figure out the best direction — whether that's polishing what's there or starting over with something much better.
No website yet?
Starting from scratch is actually the easiest path. We ask a few simple questions to understand your taste and your business — and go from there.
Step Two
How we build depends on where you're starting from. Here's the honest difference between the two paths.
Existing website
Altering a site someone else built is a bit like renovating a house you've never lived in. We have to understand the existing structure first — how it was put together, what each part does — before we can safely change or add to it without things breaking or looking out of place.
It's absolutely doable, but it takes a little more care and time. We'll always be upfront with you about that.
Brand new website
Building fresh is the cleanest way to work — like designing a new home from scratch. We're not constrained by anyone else's decisions. Everything is built around your brand, your content, and your goals.
A logo, a colour preference, or even just a couple of sites you like the look of gives us everything we need to get started.
Step Three
When the build is signed off, we don't just hand you files and disappear. We make sure you understand what you've got and feel confident going forward.
Your web address — how people find you online. We walk you through what it is, how it points to your site, and how to manage it yourself if needed.
SSL, HTTPS, and keeping your site protected. We explain what's in place and what it means — no jargon, just plain English.
Where your website actually lives on the internet. We cover your options whether you're managing it yourself or staying with us on a managed plan.
If you choose to take the site as a one-off and run it yourself — that's completely fine. We want you to feel confident doing that. We won't leave you in the dark just because you're not staying on a plan.
Our Work
Words are easy. Here's what we've actually built — real websites for real businesses.
Got questions?
Everything you want to know before getting started.
Honestly, it varies quite a bit. The number of pages, how many design ideas we go through before landing on the right one, changes mid-build, and how smoothly communication flows between us all play a part. On average, most projects land somewhere between 2–6 weeks. The more responsive you are with feedback, the faster things move.
Pricing depends on what you need — take a look at our services page for a full breakdown. View all pricing →
Not much. A rough idea of what you want and a little info about your business is enough. If you have a logo that's great, but it's not required. We'll guide you through everything else on the first call.
Yes — if you choose a one-off build, the website is entirely yours. You get all the files, the source code, and full ownership. If you're on a managed plan we look after it for you, but you can leave at any time with no penalty.
Every website we build is fully responsive — it looks and works great on phones, tablets, and desktops. Mobile-first design is non-negotiable for us, and it's factored into every build from day one.
If we built your website from scratch — then unless you know how to code, making changes yourself isn't really an option. But if we're working with an existing site built on something like Wix or WordPress, those are drag-and-drop platforms, so yes — you can absolutely adjust things yourself without touching any code.
Yes. We can set up your domain and hosting as part of the project. If you already have them, we'll work with what you've got. Either way, we'll walk you through everything so nothing is left unclear.
If you're on a managed plan, basic changes are included — just ask. If you took a one-off build, your final revision is the one before we go live. After that, the site is yours to manage. Any additional work beyond that can always be quoted separately.
Static site — Simple, fast, secure, and cost-effective. Perfect for most businesses. Think of it as a website without a login or registration system — it just presents your business clearly and professionally.
Dynamic site — More complex. It stores and handles information — things like user accounts, login and register systems, bookings, or e-commerce. Not sure which you need? We'll tell you honestly, and we'll never push you towards more than you actually need.
Ideally, yes. We can write content for you, but here's the honest truth — you know your business better than anyone. Even when we do write it, there's a good chance you'll want changes because it doesn't quite sound like you. That's completely normal. If you're stuck, we're happy to help shape what you've got. We'll never hold up your build over content we could help with.
